Pastor Bryan finds great joy in serving others in the name of Christ. He began this mission as a teenager and continues to passionately preach about and pursue this ministry today at Cottage Grove UCC. “I am very excited to be leading a congregation that is committed to feeding people both physically and spiritually and working with such great service ministries as

, Toys for Tots, and so many others,” said Pastor Bryan.

A graduate of

Luther College and United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities, Pastor Bryan was ordained in 2006 and has served Christ’s church in both Cottage Grove, MN and Newtown, PA. He believes that reading and living the Word of God daily is a vital faith practice, which is why he began the One Year Bible Challenge at Cottage Grove UCC in 2014.

Pastor Bryan is an avid reader and sports fan (especially baseball)! Before entering seminary, Pastor Bryan spent four years working in Minor League Baseball with the South Atlantic League of Professional Baseball Clubs and the Charlotte Knights.
